Ricky was raised in a low-income family in California. Growing up in Glendale, he became an advocate for children and families.
Ricky has risen above the stereotype that low-income children never grow up to succeed in life. He helped support his family
by working numerous jobs in high school. He attended Harvard University and has since then been an important part of our
government. He is a steadfast advocate for low-income families, working to help create jobs and protect Social Security for
the future.
